Creating the Spaces Where Transformation Happens

From transformational retreats to creative studio suites — The Exchange Collective designs experiences, facilitates mindfulness practices, and provides workspace for makers, service providers, and creators building something that matters.

What we do

The world needs better ways to gather.

A woman with braided hair wearing an orange sleeveless top, sitting on a light blue chair, laughing and smiling while chatting with a group of people in a bar or lounge setting with a black bookshelf and warm lighting in the background.

You've been to the events. The cookie-cutter networking nights, the wellness retreats that feel more like performances than transformation. You've watched people show up excited and leave unchanged. And now you're the one planning the gathering — for your organization, your audience, your team — and you're determined that this time, it's different.

But designing something that actually shifts people is its own discipline. You don't have a vetted network of facilitators, vendors, and collaborators who understand the cultural context. You don't have time to coordinate ten moving parts while also holding the vision. And you're not willing to hand it off to someone who'll dilute the work to make it palatable.

The Exchange was built for exactly this. We design transformational gatherings that land in the body, not just the mind — rooted in cultural integrity, beauty, and intent. You bring the vision. We handle everything else.

Meet The Founder

A woman in a white embroidered dress with spaghetti straps and large gold earrings stands outdoors near a traditional bamboo house with a thatched roof. She has braided hair and is standing on a stone pathway surrounded by green plants, with cloudy skies overhead.

Built by someone who's been in the room

I'm Adetoro Ceballos. I’m an experience designer, mindfulness facilitator, and founder of The Exchange Collective. I've spent years creating transformational gatherings, facilitating mindfulness-based leadership development, and building spaces rooted in cultural integrity and intention. The Exchange Collective brings all of that work together in support of makers, creators, leaders, and providers who need access to the expertise, resources, and infrastructure to build something that matters.

Experience Design

Bespoke retreats, activations, and events designed for transformation.

We design and execute transformational gatherings rooted in cultural integrity and intentionality.

Our Process

From first hello to final moment

  • Consult

Book a consult call, then complete the questionnaire. This is where we get to know your vision, people, and what this moment needs to do.

  • Proposal

Within 24–48 hours, you’ll have a full proposal built around your specific goals.

  • Build

Once you say yes, we get to work. Vendor sourcing, experience design, briefings, and logistics — all handled so you can stay focused on your people.

What working with us actually looks like.

Show up with a vision while we handle the design, vendors, facilitation, and logistics. No spreadsheets. No coordination stress. Just you, fully present.

You Lead. We Execute.

Every experience, workshop, and space we create honors the specific cultural context of your community. No performative gestures. No dilution. Just integrity.

Cultural Integrity Is Non-Negotiable.

Fully curated retreats, embodied corporate training, affordable studio space — you gain resources and expertise that would take years to build alone.

Access to What Would Otherwise Be Out of Reach.

Everything you want to know before you reach out.

  • The short answer: It depends on what you're trying to create. If you're planning a transformational gathering for your community or team — The Exchange (experience design) is for you.

If you need corporate training or leadership development that goes beyond surface-level workshops — The Exchange Consulting is the right fit.

If you're an independent service provider, maker, or creator who needs affordable professional workspace — The Exchange Studios is what you're looking for.

If you want to offer aura photography at your event or book an individual session — The Aura Exchange has you covered.

Still not sure? Book a consultation call and we'll help you figure out what makes the most sense for your needs and timeline.

  • Our pricing reflects the expertise, curation, and outcomes you're getting — not just the time we spend.

For experience design, you're investing $4,000–$30,000+ depending on the format and level of involvement. That includes full design, vendor sourcing, execution support, and the confidence that your gathering will actually transform people (not just fill a room).

For consulting, you're investing $5,000–$40,000 depending on workshop length and scope. You're getting embodied facilitation that creates behavioral change, not compliance theater.

For studio space, you're investing $400–$600/week for professional workspace without the overhead of a traditional lease. That's accessible, flexible, and move-in ready.

For aura photography, individual sessions start at $45, and event add-ons range from $500–$1,500.

Is it worth it? If you value cultural integrity, transformation over transactions, and access to expertise you'd otherwise spend years building — yes. If you're looking for the cheapest option, we're probably not the right fit.

  • Less than you think — but you're not completely hands-off.

    For experience design, expect:

    • 1–2 hours for the discovery call and intake.

    • 1 hour to review and approve the design document.

    • Ongoing light communication (questions, vendor approvals, final details)

    • Your presence on the day (if you choose Full Presence tier)

Total time commitment: 5–10 hours spread across 6–10 weeks.

    For consulting, expect:

    • 1 hour pre-workshop consultation

    • The workshop itself (half-day to multi-day)

    • Optional follow-up integration support

    For studio space, expect:

    • 30-minute tour and application process

    • Move-in coordination

    • After that, the space is yours

    For Aura photography, expect:

    • 10–15 minutes per individual session

    • Pre-event coordination for group bookings

We handle the heavy lifting so you don't have to become a project manager. You show up for the decisions that matter and the moments that require your presence.

  • We design custom, not cookie-cutter — so yes. Every experience, workshop, and space we create is tailored to the specific cultural context, goals, and needs of the people we're serving. We don't have a one-size-fits-all template.

For experience design: We start with an intake process to understand your community, your vision, and what needs to shift. The design is built around that — not around what worked for someone else.

For consulting: We customize every workshop based on your team's specific dynamics, challenges, and goals. No generic slide decks.

For studio space: Suites are available for a wide range of service providers and creatives. If you need professional workspace and you're building something sustainable, it's likely a fit.

Still unsure? Book a consultation. We'll tell you honestly if we're the right fit — and if we're not, we'll point you in the right direction.

  • We build in checkpoints so you're never blindsided.

For experience design: You review and approve the full design document before we move to execution. You see the vendor team, the run-of-show, and the sensory direction before the event happens. If something doesn't feel right, we adjust before it's locked in

For consulting: Pre-workshop consultation ensures we're aligned on goals and approachWe don't proceed unless you're confident in the design

For studio space: Weekly rental terms (not long-term leases) give you flexibility.

For aura photography: Sessions are short and low-commitment. You get your portrait and interpretation immediately — no waiting to see if you like it

We're not in the business of forcing things that don't fit. If at any point you're not aligned with the direction, we'll address it before moving forward.

This is the beginning of a beautiful exchange

Whether you know exactly what you need or you're still figuring it out, we'd love to hear from you. Tell us a little about what you're building — we'll take it from there.
